Yes — every floor comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. For complete peace of mind we also offer a conditional 10-year warranty subject to an annual maintenance contract.

How much does concrete polishing cost?

Pricing starts from $65 up to $150 exc GST per m² depending on the existing condition and the finish you want. We provide free, no-obligation quotes so you know exactly what to expect.

Does your company use qualified tradesmen?

Absolutely. ConcretePolishing Hawke’s Bay is the only company in the Southern Hemisphere with Trade Certification from the American Society of Concrete Contractors. We regularly attend advanced training in NZ and Australia.

Is the process dusty?

Do I need to move my furniture?

Yes for the best results. We can help arrange professional movers if needed.

Is polished concrete suitable for outdoors?

Not polished — but we offer a purpose-designed exterior grind & seal option that handles New Zealand weather perfectly.

How do I maintain polished concrete?

Extremely easy. A quick pass with a clean dry dust mop is usually all that’s needed. Wipe spills immediately with a damp cloth and use only neutral pH cleaners when required.
